Nope! Meeting the minimum star count is all that matters.

(That said, gear adds to Power, so when you drploy the character to a Platoon you'll get their power as Territory Points as well. But you get this amount for ANY drployment, whether you use them for something or not.

Can't read through the whole thread: If (after I'm done with my combat missions) I donate a 7* G11 toon to a Platoon, does the guild lose any deployment points? Would it be better to let someone donate a bare 4* unit instead?

I keep telling people you get the deployment value of the 7* toon when you donate it, but I keep getting argued with.

You are correct, the people arguing with you are wrong. (Unless of course when CG said toons used in missions and platoons are automatically also deployed and add their power to that area didn't actually mean that).

If you want to really test it, deploy all your toons. Check your personal contribution to total TP. Now take one of the empty platoon slots and put one of your toons in it. Check if your personal contribution goes down as a result.

Nice work. Do we think the platoon characters are going to say the same next iteration? Not Phase 2, I mean when we start all over again. If they stay stagnant it could make planning a lot easier.

Those platoon requirements don't look the same as the ones my guild had for phase 1, so it's doubtful.

Or will you have do them again each time a new territory battle starts? I am not not talking about phases... but after all 6 are over and next TB starts next week and we all start back on p1... if your guild unlocked 2/6 or 4/6 or 6/6 will that still be there or will it have to completed each TB?

Has to be completed each TB and the toons needed will change.

Appears you are correct. I was listening to YouTube video by MobileGamer and the developer specifically says, "there is some random variance added to it as well, the platoon missions don't require the same characters each time."

You get points whenever someone is deployed. Putting them in a platoon or using them in a combat mission automatically deploys them. You get the territory points whether they were deployed with the DEPLOY interface or if they were deployed automatically via some sort of mission.

They can argue with you all they want, but congratulations: You are right, they are wrong.

Anyone know are they just random? Or are they fixed?

They honestly look random to me. I believe the devs mentioned the same.
