I have EP(L), TFP, ShT, Boba, and B2. All lvl 74, g4, spare mod sets. 1. B2 and Baze tickle each other for 15 seconds. 2. Boba execute Baze to low health. 3. EP stun / TFP aoe. 4. Axe Baze, Chirrut, K2 (didn't target him, he taunted himself to death), Baze again, Jyn, Andor.
Took 3 tries. ShT was gone in round 2.

I used droids. No b2? No problem.

I got my EP 7* with bunch misfit under lvl 65 Rebels. All you need is patience and wait for RNG god to visit you. But be warned, RNG god can be slow; in my case, 4 hours late.

Actually event could be much harder if Base had protection and Rey rezzed on her AoE, as she usually does.
So you just have to remove taunt from Baze and kill Chirrut first.
I used Palpy(l), Vader, RG, B2, Sun fac. First try

EP, TFP, Vader, Boba, Maul. (Vader is g11, EP, Boba and TFP are g10, Maul is g8 and only 5* and fairly slow ~125 speed)

Maul gets 100% TM from killing last guy in 1st stage (important cuz he's slow but his Daze is helpful), starts off with AOE daze to stop Chirrut from countering (Baze and k2 have tenacity up so wont stop them.) Then TFP AOES and gets 100% TM from EP lead and then he (hopefully) crits baze and applies tenacity down. That'll allow EP and Vader and Boba to apply their debuffs. If not, still did decent damage to baze and will gain TM from debuffed enemies. EP can still stun chirrut, jyn and cassian. Boba can target Chirrut to ability block, and Vader can finish off baze and then aim for k2. After that just attack Chirrut. He won't counter attack so he won't healthsteal thanks to daze and you can make quick work of him. Then just pick them off and try to keep Jyn ability blocked so she doesn't revive anyone.
f2p btw so my mods aren't insane, just decent. Idk if you have Maul (I've been farming him from guild/fleet shipments) but his AOE daze is really helpful and its great to get him 100% TM from the first stage so he can stop counters and assists as soon as possible in the second stage.

This stage is wicked hard. I only have ep vader and daka past g8 on dark side. So I went with ep, vader, shore, rg, boba. I've tried 10 tomes or so and even killed baze once. Then he got revived their very next action. I even put a way undergeared deathtrooper in there and had them heal blocked and chirrut just wipes it away and puts a hot on.

Thank you for your suggestion. I think it would work if my characters were geared better, 5*TFP is doing nothing to help, but for players who have these characters appropriately starred, geared and leveled it should be doable. I'll keep smacking my head against this wall until I find something that works. I'll report back if i do succeed

Update:
Finally got it down.
EP(L), Vader, TFP, RG and Boba....on auto...
lost the first time, same team again on same auto, destroyed them because TM matched and CDs matched up well on my side

How easy is the first stage for you? You could try to time the last kill in the first stage so that someone like Boba has near 100% TM to start off the last stage and get him to ability block Chirrut and Jyn.
Try using EP, Vader, Boba, DT, and Shoretrooper. RG won't be that helpful because K2 and Baze start with tenacity up. DT is probably going to die, but with him and Boba ability blocking Chirrut you could have a chance to keep them from stopping all of your momentum.

I'm f2p always have been and I beat it with Palp (L) Vader, Boba, Royal Guard and Kylo. None of them have a Zeta.
