Tenacity Down will now nullify Tenacity Up

As per the latest update to the update:

Tenacity Down has been improved to reduce Tenacity by the same amount that Tenacity Up increases Tenacity

Implications: Since tenacity down is unresistable, it can be applied over tenacity up (once rex has buffed) to have the net effect as if neither buff existed from a resist chance point of view.

Dengar moving after Rex here will allow all enemies which get crit by mini mine mayhem to have both tenacity up and down at the same time. I believe, this also allows the turn meter reduction and dot to immediately take effect as per normal resist check. All other debuffs can now take effect normally with the standard resist check.

Only tenacity down is unresistable. And it has nothing to do with the fact that it requires a crit to activate. Aaylas stun gets resisted frequently.

Crit has nothing to do with being reisisted.

Aayla Stun can be resisted.

I88 lead ability was recently fixed to make it so the Dot's on a Crit have to go thru the potency vs tenacity check and can be resisted.

I believe there are on only 3 debuffs, could be 1 or 2 more but not many, applied by a playable character that are not supposed to be resisted, Tenacity Down, Mace Windu expose from shatterpoint, Vader ability Block on Jedi on basic.
