I like this idea, maybe make it a little easier and more accessible to mid tier accounts tho? ROTE can really seem daunting to those mid tier alliances that are on the cusp of ROTE, but are intimidated by the challenge, this can be that exposure of strategizing and planning out the map in leading an alliance.
Thoughts?
It won't require as much points as ROTE, fortunately
How about the choice of planets on offer?
