I, for one, am glad to have an Ewok faction pass. Were they my first preference? Not really - I would have liked Nightsisters or Bounty Hunters (who basically both suffer from the same problem that Ewoks have - lack of viable options). But the Ewoks needed a 5th (at least) and a bump.
They're fun to play and have some interesting and unique strategies. I look forward to an Ewok bump! If they become even better in raids or (*gasp!*) arena "viable" - all the better.
