In case of newer players is even worse. I joined starting 1 December 2016 and in my Arena only 5 (including me) of the top 60 players don't have this combination + Lando of course. I'm sorry i can't take a screen shot is really surreal. The problem is at this level there really isn't any other viable choice, especially for playes that joined to late for shore trooper or emperor tournaments (funny enough the only new players that could take him are the ones that don't really use him or, you know, actually need him). People are talking droid teams, Rex or other options, well guess what nobody has them, especially since many ios players could take Wedge ( a real game changer at least at this level )for free early on. Really I am curious, have the devs really looked at the arena tables to see what shit have they created, or was their goal from the start to have a game with hundreds of possible toons, combinations and strategies that is only played with only a handful of toons and only one single strategy.
Also as a new player i would like to ask them what is the motivation for any new player to use a dark team, especially an empire team, especially with the release of the potentially even more OP and anti-empire Baze and Chirrut. I mean really since ST is PVP and the emperor will be accessible in the next tournament (probably after 6 months) why would anybody use a dark team (of course like I said looking at the ranks virtually nobody really does, at least at my level). And even after the next emperor tournament, after so many months building their light team, who would switch to a dark team just because they took the emperor.
I don't know if this was intentional or not, but in my opinion, for new players the arena part of the the game is broken. Same old, same old, same old and same fking old.
O and for the Wiggs fanboys that are gone come and say that that Op shit is not really Op and that are plenty of ways to defeat it, well at lower levels one look at any rank table will prove that just DOESN'T happen. I don't know, maybe i'm just an whiner because i don't want to play a game in which. i repeat more than 80-90 % players use the same combination { the one not Op and apparently easy to beat or even beatable wink wink).
