The Facebook account has removed the Google account data

Hi there, thank you for your kind attention on my query.

First of all, I would like to briefly introduce the issue I am encountering. I typically access my swgoh account with the Google linking option, using my personally email. A couple of days ago when I was assisting my friend with Facebook login on swgoh, I accidentally linked his game account with my Google login, resulting that I don't have the access to mine anymore, which I believe the data is overlapped. Can I kindly ask for your help if it is possible and doable to recover my swgoh account, would be much appreciated.

    Hi @yumhgk0

I'm sorry to hear that. I wish I could help you but we're limited in the support we're able to assist with through the forums.

There may be something you can try as this EA Help article shares:

If your mobile game is linked to a Facebook, Game Center, or Google Play account, your game progress should be backed up and saved to that account. Try these steps to see if it brings your content back:

    1. Check for app updates and install any that are available.
    2. Restart your device.
    3. Log out and log back in to your game again.
    4. If you have another device you can try to log in with, see if your progress is restored when you do.
    5. Uninstall and reinstall your game. Only do this if you’ve backed your game up to a linked account, or you could lose all your game data permanently.
      • If you aren’t sure if you’ve linked to an account, skip this step.
    6. If you linked your game to Google Play or GameCenter, go into your device’s settings and remove your account, then launch the game and log in again manually.

Hopefully, that will do the trick for you. 🙂 If not, you'll need to get in touch with our support team directly. It's great that you have the Ally Code's already, that'll make it easy for the support agents to locate the accounts in question. Once they can get a look into this, they'll let you know what they can do from there to help you out with this.

As you're looking for help with your account, I don't think the standard in-game ticket option is the way to go as it'll only link to your friend's account. Use the following link to get started: STAR WARS™: Galaxy of Heroes - Create a Help Ticket. If they do need a case to be sent in from the game, follow these steps instead.
