Maul bug? Lol. Is that what they are calling it these days? The devs have no clue. The whole thing is a bug. Obi and maul and boba land debuffs all day beyond their potency. They cant debug their code.
Seems like ep, plo, sid, and host of others routinely land 0 to 3, but lots of toons other than maul are lighting up the debuffs like 4 or 5 the norm.
