With the new updates to the Sith faction coming, there is a tiny tweak to Darth Maul's leader ability: stealth gain and TM gain will no longer affect taunting allies. However, these bonuses currently only applies to Sith under his leadership, so it would be moot to create and announce such a change unless.... a taunting Sith is in the way!!!

Or am I missing something in the wording, perhaps? Exciting!!
