she gains the TM against padme teams- padme only prevents TM manipulation of her team "Allies can't gain or lose TM" is the exact text from her leader.
you also forgot to add the 5 stacks of ferocity at the start of each of her turns, so she'd have 15 stacks on her second turn- so long as revan force stormed after she used dark shroud.
Darth Revan's leadership only gives Crit damage, so that's not counted unless she crits; against padme teams if they have protection up they can't be critically hit though.
