Not quite. something different that utilizes under relic teams, under G13 characters, and that is accessible to all players

  What about people who don't have any non-relic teams? Wouldn't this be a motivation to NOT put relics on characters so that you could use them in this super special mode?

  I have no characters under g13 other than the very most recent marquee characters. I am not alone.
  How is this accessible to "all" players?
