creative idea, i like it.
However, i think it differs from the original nature of thermal detonators.
However, It could be a new debuff, called like: 'disorganization' or something else, which would lock the current debuffs on enemies as long as they have 'disorganization' on them.
so if someone has a offense down for 1 turn and a dot for 2 turns and he gain disorganization for 3 turns, then both debuffs get locked and cannot expire or be cleansed as long as they have 'disorganization'
but if other debuffs are applied after a toon already has disorganization it isnt locked on him, and can be cleansed.
so you would have to apply disorganization to enemies who already have debuffs otherwise it has no effect.
