Thinking I'm ready for Palpatine

First of all let me start by thanking everyone for their advice and input a few weeks ago when I asked for suggestions but I'm thinking I'm ready for the emperor. I have,
Leia at 7* gear 7 level 73
Lando at 7* gear 8 level 72
Akbar at 7* gear 7 level 72
Biggs at 7* gear 7 level 70
K2so at 6* gear 8 level 72
I'm gonna try to do some last minute leveling up and I just about have everybody's abilities at level 5. I'm gonna get as many as them up as I can as well. I know I should definitely unlock but does anyone think 6 star could be a possibility. And any suggestions for leader support etc. I was thinking of have akbar at lead for now. I'm great full for any suggestions or advice.

    If your toons are well modded, then you should be able to get Palpy to 6*. I would run an Akbar lead, with your Rebels. Having ST Han would be nice, but K2SO should a good tank for you, too.

    Yeah last time they ran this event I wasn't ready at all. I didn't know a ton about the game yet. So after that I decided I was gonna be ready next time. I farmed 5 rebels to 5 stars and just stopped. I didn't work on gear or leveling or anything else. I got caught up working on my jedi and just forgot about my rebels. When I read the event was coming I did as much as I possibly could with these guys while still being a free to play player. I'm currently farming St han and wedge with hopes that they bring it back for a 3rd time eventually so I'm ready next time

    Yeah if you have ST Han and Wedge at 7* and at least gear 9, with the rest of your squad you have now at level 85 and gear 10, then you should be able to get Palpy to 7*.

    After the event, I'd focus on getting ST Han and Wedge starred and geared up and not worry too much about K2SO and Leia.

    A team of Akbar, Lando, Wiggs and ST Han should get you a 7* Palpy next time around.
