It all depends on RNG whether Ezra or Chopper clear Shore's taunt. If they do and spread the damage around, I use Thrawn's first turn to pass the buck back to Shore. He re-taunts and hands out Crit Immunity. Life is good. Palpatine shocks them all to death.
