Time in Game is Going Up - and its Not Enjoyable at All

In the anniversary post, CG stated: 

"Time needed to complete all the events and modes daily is an important topic to discuss as part of all these changes. With the addition of Coliseum and managing an Era roster on top of your existing roster, it is critical that we ensure the time spent in game daily doesn’t increase significantly. We designed the systems and the scale of Eras to something far more manageable."

Was this just a lie? You removed Galactic Challenges, and instead of 2 or 3 battles there, with the new quest system we now run old Journey Guides / useless nodes on Auto X Amount of Times. For the Anniversary LSBs, it comes out to approximately 45 auto battles that are nothing more than a chore and often a waste of resources.
