lol- Banning is inappropriate and absolutely won't happen so stop causing unnecessary noise. Why would they ban paying customers. this wasn't individuals hacking or intentionally exploiting Vader- they hit a button in their inbox.
Maybe if they intentionally started a raid and finished it in the period it was glitched, but most probably just had been finishing regularly scheduled raids.
If all undeserved rewards were rolled back the issue would be resolved. "Daddyngo007;506259" wrote:
Just ban them and move on. No need for compensation etc.
This. You don't need to reward people for being honest. But you do need to ban cheaters and exploiters."Asic;506271" wrote:

Couldn't agree more. With the money they make they should be able to pay to have this done."Asic;506271" wrote:

+1
lets stay focussed on rolling back those rewards."leef;506277" wrote:

I'm good with this."Asic;506271" wrote:

I agree for the people who may have done this by accident. But when someone does this dozens (or hundred+) of times, it becomes less of a small bug and more of a game-breaking exploit."Asic;506271" wrote:

Banning is the talk if they CANT rollback or remove the gear.
Don't minimize the amount of times it was done. Some players accepted additional rewards totaling over 125 extra times.- I am pretty sure they can't just "roll back" all the rewards or else they would have done this in several instances in the past. Sad thing is, we don't really know EA's capabilities because, unlike most games, they do not comment frequently on corrective measures.
I feel sorry for someone who clicked "receive rewards" a couple additional times. Those people are likely the ones who also reported it. If possible, nothing should be done to them.
HOWEVER, there are widespread reports of glitch/bug farming. Given the nature of gamers, I would believe that 95% of the people just kept clicking. Why don't you take the time to research it? Rather than just provide a response of "what should be done".
Show me an instance where credits, guild currency, or gear was removed. I can't find any. They probably lack the capability.....
So what option does that leave? "Parad1sel;506309" wrote:

No. Those who did so excessively, more than 2 times, should be banned. They won't but they should be.
Most normal people would do it twice. Collect close window, huh new msg? Check, wth I just collected that, collect again assuming the first failed somehow, but after that anyone with common sense would have known there is a bug.
I think banning should only happen when they can't rollback the affected accounts. Yes they exploited the bug, but CG made it really easy for them to do so.
