The OP's position is extremely understandable to me.
The forums are full of people that have paid money and not received what they ordered. It doesn't seem to be just 1 store either. It appears to happen on CG's webstore, Android and Apple. Neither is it new, it's got to be at least a year old issue now.
And what can you do if it happens to you? You can report it via in the in-game help. You get an under-paid, stressed out, clueless on SWGOH generic EA help employee to have a look and come to a decision on whether you received what you paid for. In lots of cases they see 'received crystals', have no idea what is what and say 'you got what you paid for'.
You can then come here, fill in a forum bug report and hope one of the clued EA staff like Gunnar picks it up and can deal with it. That's no guaranteed either.
To me, this whole situation is absolutely crazy. The fact it's been going on this longer, even more so. If there was one bugged item, it needs to be sorted instantly. If the whole system is bugged, the whole system needs rebuilding as a priority. It only takes one bad transaction to lose a paying customer. 100s...1000s? of bad transactions.................I really don't understand CG anymore.
