I also just noticed this too. Unless quests can be completed as we move into Chapter 2 (unlikely) it means every F2P player who sent their GC attempts prior to this quest unlocking simply will miss out on 10k episode points. This one almost feels intentional to tempt players into spending to ensure they obtain that 10k episode points.
