I gave up on their support. I’ve put in a few tickets of the years and they seemed clueless. A couple issues got resolved but the other ones did not. I would submit the incident with all the info needed and they reply back asking for the info I had already given them. The last one I did had to give the the same Info 4 times. They’re ridiculous
