"To assist you better, I ask you to create an in-game ticket" - Why/How

If someone posts on a topic and they are off topic and this leads to a line of discussion that is also off topic they will all be removed if I am trying to keep.something open to offer support on a topic. The other option would be to close a thread.

There are a few rules in the Forum Guidelines, so yes they may not have been profane. But they can still be removed.
