I'd be lying if I said I didn't think I'd have been able to one-shot them by then. Turns out Armor Shred only helps so much :(

Armor shred doesn't work like -25%,-50%,-75% and so on...
Its always -25% of whats left.
Therefore there is a limitation of how many shreds do something significant to enemys armor...like 5, maybe 6 shreds. That's it.
