Come on... you put out a product that people aren't happy with., even if the details are small the consumers have a right to voice complaints. When they feel like they aren't being heard there WILL be some venom in responses. Telling the comsumers that they are spoiled brats is one way to handle it. You could also listen to feedback and use it to make a more satisfying product.
