Tried to Buy the Monthly Pass, No Result

I tried to purchase it from the webstore, twice, but I got an error saying to try back later. But I looked in my bank account, and it apparently says I got charged twice for the purchase even though ...

I tried a third time and finally got the monthly pass, but now my bank account is saying that three identical EA purchases are pending. Those need to be refunded, ASAP.
