Trouble getting into The Game, Game is slowly

Hast anyone The same? If i get into The Game,it is so slowly

after clearing cache and deleting game data its possible to get in the game (into a level 3 guest account)
but as soon as i switch to my regular account i cant get into the game and get the error.
