No, if you read dev comments you'll see they use multiple parameters for TW matchmaking. And they won't say what they use becuase it can then be exploited.

And building your favorite toon does not make you lose GA and TW.

Yeah I assumed it was based off gp bc I've seen and known a lot of people making Smurf accounts that b line certian metas so they are super trim. Literally the only toon I've built up that wasn't for some challenge is I g12 boba bc I like him and he's useful besides that I have no idea how these guys get a solid g12 squad for everything.
Also 59 mil gp vs 75 mil gp was our last match up we had somewhere in the 50+ mil participateing

We are 47m and we have lots of all gold teams and zetas. We aren't focused on TW that's just peoples arena teams and other focuses. You just need to focus your gear efforts more.
