No idea if they pay attention to what happens when you do Report Guild - but one of the options there is Matchmaking. Maybe one of these days they will pay attention.
Report a guild for what...min-maxing? You know the old argument to that "don't hate the player hate the game".
Probably, the answer is just stick TW on a ladder. You can't min-max a ladder.
If Matchmaking is an option I don't consider it reporting the guild, but the game. No idea what CG actually does with the reports.
