The root problem is the rewards have not kept up with the game's growth so many don't think the reward is worth the time and effort. Droid brains are craftable now so the only reward is the DC re-roll mats but not that DCs are expiring so fast, it;s not worth the effort to re-roll a L9 if its just going to expire in two weeks. The other mats might be good for new and mid-life players but if you have been here for 8+ years, you don't need that stuff.
