Your guildies are more than likely in a newer shard. It's SO much easier to get ahead as a newer player with all the available info that's now out there versus someone in an older more veteran style shard. I started back in March of this year and my guildies and I have taken over our shard an we can continue to do so and control it. No, we aren't a mafia or anything like that, we don't mess with people during their payouts and they return the favor. That's more than likely why they are doing well in their shards.
