he is returning they just haven't fixed up the yoda timer. but this is all pending on people bugging them with all there complaints.

I tried searching for it, but it just brought up a lot of unrelated posts mentioning "Palpatine" and "Event". I don't frequent the forums much, and frankly wasn't sure where to look for the information.
