Can anyone explain why I haven't had my materials returned further to the FINN (all Omega's and one Zeta) or HK-47 (all Omega's) upgrades.

EA just keep telling me that the server would have refunded them automatically. They clearly didn't and can provide no help but instead suggest I post on the forums!!

Did anyone else have this issue or am I alone on it?
