Update to Timezone Change Policy for Extreme Changes Only [Mega]

for me the clock moves forward, or back an hour and the game stays at the same time, and at the moment it is a huge pain because my payouts and free energy is at the time I pick up my son from school, so most days I miss out on the energy because of one hour difference.

I don't want to abuse the game in any way, but it is annoying that when the clock changes, the game stays the same and does not move with the clock changes. It is only an hour, but makes all the difference.
