4 relic 8 required... Tbey are clearly trying to push the requirements to see how much are whales willing to spend, trying to squeeze the most bucks possible from eqch new character. And I'm pretty sure the requirements will keep on rising as long as their income justify it. As long as there are enough people willing on whaling on the new characters, they are going to ask for more and more.
