Why is vereran han solo required to relic 3 for Kylo Ren GL ? He is not even first order

Who cares. We all knew we were going to be forced to gear trash to get the GL toons. Nothing new here. God bless the whales, krakens, and the few random ftp that show up claiming they've been playing since launch, havent spent a dime but will meet all the requirements because they know how to plan. :/
