Im at 0/100 for chewie and 72/85 for han and would say a 33% drop rate is about right, except in double drops when it plummeted for me.
As f2p I may get there both to 7* for Rey, as I couldn’t have done more, but no guarantees.
(The real problem is 16 cantina is so expensive that a bad day or a bad few days of drop rates is soul destroying).
