Voluntary Vanguard Changed?

My apologies in advance if I missed this note.

Voluntary Vanguard is not working as it has for NS Zombie. Usually, when Zombie dies and comes back, the Mark has remained. The Malgus set of Conquest, it has not worked. Is it broke now or broke then?

It made NS a fantastic Conquest team for clears w/ a few Zealous Ambitions.
