Grievous has always been in the fleet store, I have to think it more likely he would be a fleet captain than Nute.Then again there are some pilots that never show up on fleet store, and some characters in the fleet store that don’t even have a ship. So who knows I guess.

Vulture droids are hinted, not confirmed. Tri-droids would also fall under that heading as would arguably the mobile droid weapons platforms as seen in BF2 (the original one), SW:ROTS (Battle of Kasshyyk) and the Clone Wars episodes on Onderon.

Would make more sense if vulture droids were an extension of Nute’s capital ship. Like, an ability to call them out as a reenforcement ship in addition to actual reinforcements.
