The problem here, and why many people responding are doing so with skepticism and hostility, is that none of the people complaining have actually posted a video of the battles in question. Most are coming on and just posting " I lost a battle, so the omicron is bugged!" Most are not even providing info on who they were fighting, what mods the opposing team had, what mods they had, or whether there was a DC in play. Absent any evidence, I'm going to assume the person complaining simply lost for any number of possible non-bug reasons (that me and others here have previously posted) other than a bug. Give us your ally code to check GAC or post a video. Then there is at least a chance of figuring out what happened
I understand what you are saying and in theory you are correct, but who records every battle they make?
When you play normally as always and encounter something that makes you just wonder a little bit because it seemed somewhat off for the very first time, there is no way to playback and record it. The battle is over. And normally you would think that you maybe just had bad RNG and that's it and you move on. Just because something happens once differently I would not immediately jump to the conclusion that there is a bug. That's why I also would not think about the need to record the next battle.
When it happens the second time the same might apply, after the third time you might start to think there might be some bug involved... but this doesn't take into account that these 3 times might not happen back to back. If for example a bug only happens under certain circumstances, chances are that the secon battle after the first time something seemed off is normal again, so you further believe it was just bad RNG or whatever.
Now I understand that having Video evidence is always better, but I don't know anyone whom records all of their battles and I have seen it myself. If there is something that does not happen all the time and you only gave a limited option to be able to "reproduce" a bug (not every GAC round makes it possible to use that toon against the specific setup and even if, you only have 1 try per match) you tend to forget it, especially when xou don't have much time or it wouöd take many GAC rounds until you maybe finally manage to get the right circumstances etc.
It also doesn't take into account, that some players maybe just felt something off without immediately thinking it's a bug, then read here or elsewhere that other experienced the same, so they just post a comment because they suddenly see they are not the only ones who felt something seems off and wanted to share their past experience.
Let's face it realistically: The only one who can try things out and determine if there is a bug is CG. And that is their job. If a player brings something to their attention, it might not count much if it is just one person. But if more and more players state that they feel something is off, it is CG's job to hear it and test it. In this case it doesn't even matter if any of these players provided a Video or not. You get a repeated report about something off, you follow it. Why exactly should it be a player's responsibility to recreate proof of something off, if they have limited options to do so and if it is not their job? As I said earlier, of course it would be nice and might make it easier for the devs but they can do their tests and their job without it. They are the ones handling the code, they are the ones whom should be able to find bugs. That's what they are paid for. Since when is a customer supposed to do your work?
