WAT Tambor bugged !?

I am using WAT in my Arena team, and never struggle to pass the teams in my arena, but after yesterdays update, it aint that easy anymore. When I pass BlasTech to a Character, then that character should gain 15% turn meter at the start of each enemy turn, except, after yesterdays update, it doesnt. Another shardm8 / guildm8 got the same problem.
