Web Store Issue

I purchased “Internal Emperor III” light speed bundle on the web store and in the game I was given crystals instead of the relic 7 characters and ship. I tried contacting help but only got unhelpful AI responses. How do I get my rewards in the game or already get my 40 dollars back?

They gave you crystals. CG thinks that whatever caused the error, you were compensated with a like number of crystals you would have purchased for the dollar amount you spent. It’s frustrating as all hell, I know and thousands of customers have complained for the last 10 years. EA / CG do not care. They will not help you in any way. Best of luck.
