Webstore vs. In Game purchase’s

I was curious to know from all the folks who are in the same boat as I am (waiting for a resolution on a LSB I purchased on 12/24 and only received crystal) whether you purchased from the webstore or in the game itself.

If you all wouldn’t mind commenting back, I’m curious if the number of technical issues from webstore purchases outweigh purchasing from within the game itself.
