Weird Battle in GAC - Leviathan vs Malevolence

I was using Leviathan vs opponents Malevolence. I was down to Hyena Bomber, vulture droid, plus summoned vulture droid. I'm 100% sure which vulture was which. I bring in Mark VI and nuke Hyena. I ...

Something similar happened again today. Same match up. Took out the last geo, vulture droid winks out, instead of immediately going to victory, it shifts to my capital ship for a half second, then goes to victory before I could press a button.
