For Delta Squad, I will give you every design element if needed to make them a reality.
For instance,
New Debuff: Incapacitated. Turn meter set to 0. Speed set to 0. Cannot be damaged, buffed or debuffed. Cannot gain turn meter.
For Boss's leadership, a clause:
If all allies are Delta Squad at the beginning of the encounter, whenever an ally would be defeated, they are instead set to 1 hp and inflicted with Incapacitated. At the start of battle, all Delta Squad allies gain the granted ability "Bacta Revive." At the start of any turn, if all allies have Incapacitated, they retreat from battle.
Bacta Revive: Remove Incapacitated from target ally. Set their HP and Protection to 50% and grant them a bonus turn. If they defeat an enemy during this bonus turn, they recover 50% health and protection, and reduce the max cooldown of Bacta Revive by 3 until the end of battle. Reduce the cooldown of this ability by 1 each time a Delta Squad ally uses a basic ability.
