I want the help team/whoever at ea/cg to acknowledge and address the many issues that cg causes players to experience in this game; i.e., they charged me an extra USD 5 on the webstore because when I checked out, it switched currencies to the Swedish Krona SKR.
(I don't have/use a VPN, I have never purchased anything in a different currency than USD, and I am in the US, and I can tell that EA is tracking me, and I know this because it is in the downloadable ea data that you can download; in their privacy policy they say they collect information so they can use it to "provide you support," and the agents on ea.help.com say to use the in-game help button (which has been broken for me for months) to receive any support because through that they have the information to help me - which they do not because they (I have source and set up a separate device that I do not use to contact the ea support agents through the in-game help) still ask for it and tell me they are going to notify the team. I need to wait, and I "will not usually receive a direct response from them, but if an issue is identified, they will try to resolve it." To me, this will likely be ignored.
