I had to write up a proposal for an action I would like to see as a reward for the player. That proposal had to make the rounds, including some info I needed to have our analytics department pull, and it should be sent off for third party review very soon.
It's crazy how long some of these things can take, but I'm learning the process and we're making progress.

It's been another week. Can you please let us know where this stands, or an ETA for us to check in again so we're not unduly harassing you? I had hoped we might get something with the anniversary update, but that didn't happen.
