that steals a % hp from each target, if he starts with 0 it wouldn't do any damage to him

It takes 5% of their total health, not their current health. Ive taken out lots of enemies with that ability

yes but if he doesnt have a max health and he starts with zero we wouldn't know how that would interact with him
