that steals a % hp from each target, if he starts with 0 it wouldn't do any damage to him
It takes 5% of their total health, not their current health. Ive taken out lots of enemies with that ability
yes but if he doesnt have a max health and he starts with zero we wouldn't know how that would interact with him
Considering most things in this game don't work in game as they do on paper. I wouldn't want any move where it's playing the slot machine to see how it actually interacts
