What are the chances for a cheater being punished?
Hey! I recently DM'd Leviathan about a dude clearly cheating in ships arena. I completely understand it might take some time before any action is taken against him.
My questions are: 1) Is there actually à good chance that he will be banned? (He is taking first place with à really really bad fleet à lot of times...)
