What economy changes?
The State of the Galaxy post says We’ve already mentioned some bigger changes coming to the economy Well, what economy changes? I don't remember any posts about changes to the economy.

Yup, buy those. Although I only buy mods that show 5 speed.
If you have 400 million, why not buy a few lottery tickets and get mods without speed to see if speed pops up? What's the worst thing that can happen, you wind up with only 300 million? Hording to that degree is only holding yourself back.
I see your point and I do occasionally buy 4 speed mods, but it’s really the whole mod system I don’t enjoy dealing with that’s the real reason. Hopefully we get some mod QOL stuff here really soon.
