What exactly does Darth Sidious' zeta do for health?

I looked it up here to try and find the answer, but how exactly does sidious gain health with his zeta? Is the health increasing by percent? Or does his potency increase his health by 1 health per 1%?...

What I'm picking up from this is that when I get his zeta I'm going to want to mod him for heavy potency
