Lmao great response. Just throw out a generic statement in response to something that is completely fixable that would level the playing field
You see, the thing with randomness is you can't fix it. Indeed it would actually become unfair and plain wrong if it's "fixed". - Add a check to get a minimum of 1 disk in the pool for each Conquest set that is generated.

Wow, I've now completed Sector 5 and wasn't offered a single one the entire Conquest. That is absolutely ludicrous and completely unfair.
Life is unfair.
Come on man, you're right, but that was uncalled for.
Is it not enough to be right?! You have to mock him on the way?!

AA isn't the most overpowered disk.
There is a more overpowered disk than Massively Overpowered? - M0st1yHarm1ess3 years agoSeasoned Ace

Oh, well, while we are at it, I'd like a check to get a minimum of 1 shard per roll too please. "PeachyPeachSWGOH;c-2385751" wrote:

Apples and oranges.
He is not the first to suggest the disk "choices"/ the RNG factor of it could use a little work and I agree.
Comparing the drop rates of shards, which has no repercussions other than maybe a few more days of farming to disks that decide how you are able or not to go through Conquest doesn't fit.- Mephisto_style3 years agoSeasoned Ace

The biggest issue in the current batch of Conquests for me is some players finding the Deadly Catalyst disk on a node, saving them the drudgery of 20 battles with KRU and Vet Han.
People seeing a differing amount of Amplify Agony doesn’t strike me as being “unfair”, but people earning a disk for free that others need to do 20 battles to unlock definitely is unfair.
Ya, that disk on a node = free conquest for lesser accounts, although I am not against it. Conquest is quite a grind no matter what. I'm not against some people getting a leg-up with some lucky RNG - Disruptor923 years agoSeasoned Ace

Yeah, that I definitely agree with. That disk shouldn't be available as a free drop at all. Or if it is, then they should at least make it a guaranteed drop for ALL players, let's say as a sector 5 completion reward or something. - M0st1yHarm1ess3 years agoSeasoned Ace

As someone else pointed out, AA isn't the most OP disk and in fact isn't even particularly OP by itself. Off the top of my head, I can think of at least two other viable stacks without AA - one with the health/prot regens and offense stackings, and one with bunch of ZA's. So whether you have an AA or not is not a decisive factor for whether you can or cannot beat a conquest.
People like to complain about rng when they are on a streak of bad luck and don't get what they want. I don't/can't blame them because I do the same thing all the time. It's human nature. But what they also need to do is to think it through and see the other side of it. The more limited a rng factor is, the more predicable the result is. What that means to a mobile game is the more boring it gets. Disks and teams are pretty much the only big variables in this otherwise very repetitive and grindy mode. Don't we want to keep at least some fun in trying to figure out the few moving parts left? "PeachyPeachSWGOH;c-2385809" wrote:

I'm a big fan of predictable results. I see your point, but I think there's enough variety in the disks already that even if they set static values in all the disk nodes it still gives the opportunity to experiment with different loadouts and choose the one that works best for your roster.
With the right supporting disks AA CAN be OP - but the same can be said for several other disks. When Thermal Exhaust disappeared I switched to a different disk setup so I don't use AA anymore having a heavily light-side biased roster. But I do find it rather frustrating when the right disks aren't dropping for the loadout that I'm targeting. To compensate for that I pick up disks that will support different loadouts when I'm faced with duplicates. It's still one of those things that can really sap the fun out of a pretty grindy game mode if things don't go well. It's been rough for me this time around. I'll still get the red crate on hard but it's been more frustrating and less fun this conquest for several reasons, disk RNG included.
That being said, I did finally get Deadly Catalyst on a node and was very relieved to find it. I'd already wasted 7 battles with KRU and Wet Han, but on the other hand didn't have to do 13 more so I was pretty happy about that. I was jealous watching my friends find it on a node in the previous two conquests while I was grinding out those 20 battles...
